This he has done for more than three decades. It is a great joy each time he meets individual s who have benefited from this his passion
Personal Development Centre was conceived out of the observation that many individuals in developing countries operate at far below their potentials. Notably many develop late ie they are late starters. I believe this occurs because they are poorly guided from childhood
Our slogan is life by design indicating the need for a deliberate direction of individual lives based on strengths and individual inclination as guided by God
Folu Ologe in preparing himself for this task has attended several leadership and development training programs including Haggai institute Advanced leadership training in Maui, Hawaii USA in 1999 and the 2019 Spring Institute for Executive Leadership Capacity Building and Innovations in Higher Education at the Ohio State University USA.
